About Us.
About the Founder:
Biryani Inc. is founded by Ms. Ruhee Jog, a lifelong resident of Nagpur, Maharashtra, married into a well-known Maharashtrian family of Nagpur. Coming from a strictly Vegetarian background, food was a big change for her. It is after her marriage, she discovered the rich heritage of her family-in-law’s culture and was immediately drawn to their food.
As someone who grew up in the same city but with completely different food habits, she was inspired to share her family’s legacy to the world through Biryani Inc., which she believes is the city’s best kept secret. And that’s how she embarked on her journey to launch India’s first home-kitchen that specializes in royal Maratha cuisine.

Chicken Dum biryani taste was awesome, and it feels like haven. Must try, cost is little more but worth tasting it for that cost.
